SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
- IF the return is due to manufacture defect, shipment damage or wrong item received then we will issue a return mailing label via email and ship a replacement and/or correct item.
- IF the return/exchange is for any other reason than stated above, the customer is responsible for return shipping and or the exchange shipment charges.
- To make a return, your RA# (return authorization) is your order number (RA12345) or email admin@solohntr.com for exchange instructions.
- Returns may be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the item price, less original shipping.
- Price difference on exchange items along with return shipping fee must be invoiced and paid for prior to us shipping the exchange.
- ONLY NEW unworn, clean and unused items may be returned or exchanged.
- Please include packing slip with your return with written notes indicating any requested product exchange.

ORDER/SHIPPING DETAILS
- We do not ship orders on Sunday or Monday. Orders placed on Saturday may not ship until the following Tuesday.
- Please note that neither FedEx nor UPS guarantees transit over the weekend.
- USPS does not actually guarantee delivery within two days for USPS Priority 2-Day shipping.
- Orders placed with expedited shipping must be placed by 12pm Pacific for same-day shipment. Delivery times exclude Saturday and Sunday.
- Expedited shipping options are not available for all locations, and expedited options for AK & HI are limited to 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (two business days) of being placed. During promotional periods and times of high order volume, shipping times are likely to increase. Processing/ shipping times are not guaranteed.
- A confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information. Please check junk mail folders.
- Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated by our fulfillment center.
- Shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register in the carrier’s website after you receive a tracking number
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Our cancelation window is limited and we cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled before shipping.
- Please contact us here to see if your order can be canceled. An order number and email address is required for all cancelation attempts.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
- If an item is unavailable, it cannot be backordered.
- If you are inadvertently able to order an out-of-stock item, you will be contacted, and a refund notification will be emailed that reflects the amount of your backordered item.
- To be notified when an out-of-stock item has been replenished, sign up for email notifications via our company newsletter.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
- Some items we carry cannot be shipped outside of the US.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country.
- The shipping fees we charge for your order do not necessarily include custom fees, duties, or import taxes.
- If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.
- We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.
- Please note that international orders can be delayed in customs, and in some cases, may take up to 24 business days to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery status.
